In this course, the student receives an explanation of the poem "Aqidah al-Awam" (The Creed of the Common People), which is a concise poem with profound meanings in its words, composed by the scholar Ahmed bin Muhammad bin Ramadan Al-Marzouqi. It contains what the accountable person must understand and know about beliefs, including what is obligatory, what is impossible, and what is permissible concerning Allah, may He be glorified, and the rights of His noble prophets, peace and blessings be upon them. It also covers matters related to the unseen, such as the affairs of the Hereafter, and provides an introduction to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, his noble biography, and some aspects of his honorable character.
